I heard from Tripit and Google before I heard from Frontiers own app, and then only had status of first of two delay times

Id rather buy a printer while traveling and print my own boarding pass. stupid app needed to update when I got to the front of the tsa line, making me miss my flight. needs an "update later" option to be even remotely useful.

Its a great app and easy to use, but you should know prices are consistently higher on the app then on their main website. That goes for checking bags and flights!

Ive been trying to pull up boarding passes for a flight for two weeks and it just keeps telling it can not retrieve my information. App was awesome last spring when my confirmation number was recognized though.

Why create an app when it doesnt even notify you regarding changes to your flight(s)? Terrible company with a terrible app.

Cant book a flight cant see my information about my flight I deleted the app.

Super frustrating that I cannot check into international flights via iOS app. After entering passport information from everyone, the app just crashes and Im returned to the home screen. Ill give frontier some credit for at least trying to integrate this feature into their app, southwest international flights just say to go to southwest.com on a computer, but I feel like the crashing made them miss the mark slightly.

This app doesnt even do the most basic thing that it promises. I tried to retrieve my flight information and it cant do it. What a waste of effort. Really???

No notification Nine hour delay Security at the airport said frontier is always delayed in Orlando. What gives with habit

This new and true app is a fantastic improvement compared to Frontiers web page and web-app. I have not used this new app to book flights but using it to track flights, check-in, and obtain boarding passes (Apple Wallet supported) is a breeze. Keep up the constant improvements!

Not sure on this app purpose. You can not see your reservation, check in, add boarding pass or check my flight status. It is waste of space on having this app.

Ive been trying to book my flights for my honeymoon. And I cant do anything. Please fix this problem.

App is useless to me unless I can view my reservation and check in. Does not work.

The app is ok and improving. Does not update you when gate changes. They charge you for carry on bags, checkin bags, seat selection, and anything other than plain water on the plane. What a scam.

Not only is the airline the worst, this app does nothing well. Gate change? Youll never know. 2 hour delay? Good luck with that. Worst.

Use it to get ur mobile boarding pass! A convenient and time saving way.

Downloaded the app and logged in. It doesnt automatically retrieve your itinerary. So you have to search manually. Then it wont find the itinerary based on your confirmation number. Well, what good is this app if I cant see my trip nor check in with it? Absolutely useless!

Not just they charged me $45 for carry on bag(not checked in bag, CARRY ON BAG) this app doesnt update anything such as gate info, my flight delays. Stay away from this app & Frontier!!! I will NEVER use you.

I very much liked the app. The set-up its perfect. I dont see why people are complaining about it. To me it is a well organized app with detailed information that would help people. Although, it should add, if there is any delay. Or the flight is canceled for some reason.

I fly Delta regularly (Diamond Member) and decided to fly this airline for vacation to MCO. I downloaded this app expecting similar results to the Delta app. Major disappointment...... Cant find my reservation to check in so I can fly paperless. Well it doesnt work. So off to check in from my computer and cut down some more tress. Mickey Mouse....
