Frontier Airlines App Reviews

This app is not worth the memory it takes up on your phone. Im unable to pull up my flight details or mobile boarding pass, even after loading it twice. IMHO this app is indicative of Frontier in general, an airline thats just gone downhill.

The app should have a record of your flights and pull up easy right?! Nope. This app shows you an error message each time youre trying to pull up existing reservation. Aka IT DOESNT WORK. Dont waste your time. Print your boarding pass at the desk on the machine or from home. This app is USELESS.

I only used the app to download my boarding pass to Apple wallet. The features are basic and I had no issues logging in. If Ive ever had to call customer service they were up to par and I had zero complaints.

Although my flight was delayed well over an hour the time shown in the app never updated. App shows flight info and boarding pass, have not gotten logged out. this does the job but nothing more - kind of like the airline.

I have a Frontier account and can log in online, but cant login to this app using the same userid and password. Ive tried reloading the app and it still doesnt work.

Please build in a baggage tracker into the app. Delta has one that is basic, but functional that you can model after.

The worse airline ever !!!!!!

After downloading and signing into the app, it logged me out while I was waiting waiting for my flight less than one week later. Good thing it was late and I was trying to check and see how late, but in the flight status section it just says delayed. Super helpful. You have to know these are issues right??

Much better service from what they were giving me a few weeks ago ...good job frontier ...

Confused as to why it doesnt work for some people. Works fine for me on my iPhone

No issues whatsoever pulling up my boarding pass and I dont know what else Id need it to do anyway. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Cumbersome and ineffective. Not worth a download because it just doesnt work. Not sure why they bothered saying the had an app.

The mobile app so worthless cant find the already confirmed flights so Im going to have to print the boarding pass anyway

It wont accept my name and confirmation number. Phone support (overseas) insisted 3 times I could use the app instead of printing my pass but then after checking with her manager verified the app is broken. I also love how they call it a confirmation number when its actually 6 letters.

Cant retrieve a current reservation nor view a mobile boarding pass.

Tried to search for my flight to check in. Instead, the app ask for my last name and reservation number. Since I logged into my account, it should display my current itinerary.

This is the worst airline app Ive experienced. You spend less time and effort by just logging into a computer. After signing in it does not recognize you have a flight. Then when I enter the confrontation number for the flight it could not retrieve it. I logged into the computer done within 3 minutes. Dont download youll just end up deleting.

Impossible to retrieve your boarding pass using this app.

It is seemingly impossible to get a mobile boarding pass. I just keep getting an error saying to verify my info, which is definitely correct. Accessing a mobile boarding pass is like the #1 convenience an airline mobile app provides, so please fix this. I understand this is a new app and thank god its finally coming along, but this is a key functionality.

Logging in with email doesnt work either.
