Wasted 30 minutes. Created a profile, then repeatedly tried to login and view my boarding pass from this app. Could not retrieve my boarding pass.

Frontier youve got to do better & quick, fast in a hurry!! We have flights to catch and the app doesnt work. Really

Downloaded this app, and --for the first time on an airline app--it took me less than 1 minute to get from opening the first time to having the boarding pass QR code for the flight I had just bought. Just last name (not even full name!), reservation code, and boom, you have a dashboard with one click access to 1) your boarding pass, 2) your itinerary (or resending an email with the itinerary, 3) adding extras to your booking. Super easy.

Unable to book flights. Unable to check in. Please fix this.

Logging in doesnt give access to flights, and last name/confirmation number wont either. The app is worthless, and I frequently use Uniteds and Alaskas which are wonderful, full-featured apps.

For some reason the iPhone app will not retrieve my boarding pass…this is seemingly the biggest reason for having a mobile app associated with an airline service…Love the cheap flights- hate the poor technology!

Never works right. Unable to access boarding pass. Unable to buy tickets online for same price on website. Junk

A very pleasant flight experience + horrible app = unsatisfactory experience. Why have an app when it cant do anything?

Service is horrible they canceled out flight and told us they would rebook us on a new flight 9 days later and not charge us more money. Asked if they could help get a flight on another airline told us no your on your own. Then they didnt even refund what we paid for the flight.

I didnt have trouble with the electronic ticket but booking is impossible. This app wont let you select dates. Unfortunately frontiers website is sometimes equally difficult but it is slightly more reliable than this app.

What a useless app. Mobile boarding pass is what we want. I called customer support. Deleted app and re installed.....still not working. Please fix.

The app is basically useless. Mobile boarding pass doesnt work, cant make reservations.

Wont even connect to frontiers server

I see a lot of people are complaining about the booking process in the app, but I had no problems getting my mobile boarding pass. I find the app easy to use.

The only reason I downloaded this app was to get my boarding pass in Wallet. It couldnt find it at all.

No matter what I do, I get "unable to retrieve booking". Never mind that it shouldnt have to retrieve it from a confirmation number. Since its under my account already. Uninstalling this as there is nothing I can do with it.

Wont retrieve reservation. Even reloaded app. Needs work bc something is definitely wrong - works great for my wife, her reservations come up immediately - but not for me.

Why does the app not automatically recognize that I have flights scheduled? It wont even recognize my flights when I put in my name and confirmation number, so I cant get a mobile boarding pass. Worthless as is.

Much like every aspect of Frontier Airlines, this app is terrible! It makes no logical sense to require a confirmation number to view a flight when youre already logged in to your account. An app should make things easier. Id love it if I could check the time of my flight or other important information by it simply being listed under the My Flights page like every other airline app. Instead, I have to dig through my email, which contains thousands of spam emails from Frontier. Ive defaulted to just doing this from the start, because all information I need is usually in the email, but that is insanely inconvenient to do from my phone and that just reinforces how worthless the app is.

The only reason I downloaded the app was so I didnt have to print my boarding pass. Despite entering the correct information, I keep getting an error that the system cant find my booking. Also, since I have an account which I logged in with, I would expect automatic detection of my bookings.
