Doesnt allow user to view the boarding pass. Confirmation doesnt work. Please fix Frontier, this app is our only hope for mobile boarding! Save the trees!

I just downloaded the app so I didnt have the print my boarding pass. What the heck? It is "unable to retrieve my booking." I just checked in via the Frontier website with no issues, yet I have to have their broken app to pull up my boarding pass? Im not a regular customer of Frontier. Im a SWA fan but got stuck with Frontier through an all-inclusive trip. Its 2016 Frontier - get with the freaking program!

The app doesnt allow you to input departure or return dates when searching for a flight. I feel like that is kinda important.

Save yourself the frustration this app doesnt work.

Tried to check into flights on 2 occasions and both times says cant retrieve my info. Hopefully they can fix this.

Republic & Indigo Partners might as well stick a fork in Frontier. This app is as worthless as Frontier is an airline. Downloaded and re-downloaded and no worky. "Unable to retrieve information." From ridiculous prices that arent actually cheaper when you tack on all their outrageous fees to grumpy customer service agents and flight attendants who couldnt give a poop about customers, the failure of this app is a reflection of the pos airline the holding & investment companies has made this airline. Ive spent all my FF miles and flown my last flight with Frontier.

Wont let you check in or search for new flights. Needs to be pulled until they have an app that works

I understand you are the budget airline that cuts all the corners without really offering much better pricing than certain other competitors who still manage to provide value but seriously this app? Dont bother publishing an app if you dont actually plan to make it work! This app literally provides negative value as I cant do ANYTHING. All I wanted to do was retrieve my boarding pass but it wont work.. I can go into the website and the same details manage to pull up the boarding pass but not your app.. Youd be better off just pulling the app so then at least I wouldnt have the opportunity to feel this frustration at your brand

Update for new version: STILL CANT RETRIEVE BOOKING INFO!!! After multiple un- and re-installs and other troubleshooting, the app cant retrieve my flights booking information (even when last name and confirmation # work fine on Frontiers site). Geolocation doesnt seem to work, insisting closest airport to Denver is Tampa, Florida. Frustrating.

It seems from the other reviews that there were some hiccups yesterday, but I didnt have a problem at all. The app pulled up my boarding passes today the first time with out a problem.

With all other airlines I can delete the old boarding once the trip is over...but not Frontier...looks like I am stuck with the boarding passes forever!

Just want to retrieve my boarding pass so I dont have to print it out at the airport. Says it cant find my reservation. Needs SERIOUS updates!

Ok, I thought I was going crazy!! Ive tried to retrieve my booking via mobile app, since Im traveling and away from my computer, however the app says the same thing over and over, "unable to retrieve"! I must have tried 30+ times!! I even deleted and reinstalled, to no avail. SO, I called customer no-service... She had NO idea there was a problem with the app but recommended I arrive 2 hours early for my flight to ask a Frontier rep to print boarding passes for me. She said I MUST HAVE THE PAPER. I have one question for her, what the hell good is the app if it doesnt do what its advertised to do!?! Uhh?? Well, apparently Im NOT going crazy and I should have read these reviews before relying on the app. Oh, and I asked the lady, "is there another number I could call to get help before tomorrow?" "There could be a problem with the app", she said. Ok, now were getting somewhere... I asked, "ok, so is there a problem with the app - and Im not going crazy??" "Oh, no no no! Im not suggesting that!", she said. She didnt know of any problems. Mmhmm!! Come on, Frontier!! We can handle the truth. First time Ive flown with you..., likely the last :(

Cant choose dates of travel really need to update this app

Worked great but in the last mo the it has stopped working. I wasnt able to check into my flight and now I cant look up flights.

This app is a joke. I could not get my flight to work, just said "cant retrieve booking info" dont get the app. Awful awful app

Cant pull up a boarding pass (that I know exists because I printed one off the full website) so this app is completely useless. Also insists that my nearest airport is Tampa, FL even though I am in Colorado.

Im having the same issue with retrieving my booking. I have tried to troubleshoot it but have had no luck. Nice attempt frontier but try again.

The app crashes after selecting the passengers for check in. Once you click "proceed" it crashes to the iPhone home screen. Im using an iPhone SE with all the latest updates including the latest app update. As far as adding baggage, and paying for baggage through this app, it is great! Please fix the Check in crashing please

Added my name and confirm code and it pulled my flight up. On the 2nd try it pulled my boarding pass right up and added it to my Apple Passbook with one tap. Done. Now I just double tap the home button and hold out my phone. Too bad others are having issues. Not sure if theyre doing more complex tasks in the app or not.
